Privacy Policy

Account: email, name, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).

Telegram: if you link your account, your Telegram chat ID and username, so we can send you notifications.

Search preferences: the platforms, categories, skills, and keywords you configure to filter projects.

Proposal style: the text you paste or write to customize how the AI drafts your proposals.

Billing: your email and, if you subscribe, basic card data such as the brand and last 4 digits. We never see or store your full card number: that is processed directly by our payment processor.

Referrals: if you take part in the referral program, your code, who you referred, and if you request a withdrawal, the method (PayPal or Payoneer) and the email or username for that account.

• Operating your account and giving you access to the Service.
• Sending you project notifications via Telegram and in your panel.
• Generating personalized proposals with artificial intelligence.
• Processing your subscription and billing you.
• Calculating and paying referral program commissions.
• Responding to your support requests.

We do not sell your data to third parties, under any circumstances.

We work with a small number of external providers who process data on our behalf, solely to operate the Service. For security reasons we do not publicly detail which providers these are or how our infrastructure is built, but in general terms we use:

• A database and authentication provider — stores your account information securely.
• An artificial intelligence provider — generates the proposals (it receives the project description and your proposal style, not your account data).
• Telegram — delivers the notifications, since it is the messaging service you choose to link to your account.
• Our payment processor — processes your subscription charges; we never share your password or give it access to your yessjob account.

Your data is shared with these providers solely so each one can perform its specific function. We do not use it for advertising, we do not use it to train third-party models, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone else. Each provider has its own security measures and only accesses the minimum information necessary for its task.

We only use cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

For as long as your account is active. If you want to delete your account and your data, write to us at support@yessjob.com and we will delete it within a reasonable timeframe, except for information we are required to retain for legal or billing reasons.

You can ask us at any time to: access the data we have about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Write to us at support@yessjob.com for any of these requests.

If we update this policy in a significant way, we will let you know by email or within the panel.
