Refund and Cancellation Policy

Every new account gets 15 days of access to the full Pro plan, at no cost and without needing to enter a card. It is the time meant for you to try yessjob thoroughly (filters, Telegram notifications, AI proposal generation) before deciding whether to subscribe. No card is charged during this period.

Because you were already given that full trial period to evaluate the Service with no risk, once a charge for your subscription is processed (monthly, USD 10) that sale is final and we do not offer refunds, including for automatic renewals.

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want from your panel, with no need to write to us or give any reason. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for — it is not cut off immediately — and no new charge is generated after that date.

If you had a duplicate charge due to a provable technical error on our end, or a charge that clearly does not correspond, write to us at support@yessjob.com and we will resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
