Terms of Service

yessjob is a monitoring service that watches projects posted on third-party freelance work platforms (currently Workana, Freelancer.com, and Upwork) according to the filters each user configures, and sends notifications via Telegram and within the web panel when a matching project appears. It also offers AI-assisted proposal generation.

yessjob is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Workana, Freelancer.com, Upwork, or Telegram. We never request or store your credentials for those platforms: we only observe information that is publicly posted on them.

To use yessjob you need to create an account with a valid email. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs on your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country to create an account.

Every new account receives 15 days of full access to the Pro plan at no charge and without needing to enter a card. At the end of that period, access is paused until you activate a paid subscription (USD 10 per month, recurring monthly billing, managed by our payment processor). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your panel; access continues until the end of the already-paid period and no additional charge is generated after that.

Prices may change. If they change, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice before it applies to your next renewal.

yessjob offers an optional referral program: each user has their own code to share. The specific terms (discounts, commissions, minimum withdrawal amounts) are detailed within the panel, in the Referrals section, and may be updated. We reserve the right to suspend access to the program in cases of clear abuse (for example, accounts created solely to self-refer).

The following are not permitted: attempting to access other users' accounts without authorization, interfering with the operation of the Service, reselling or redistributing access to yessjob without our consent, or using the Service for illegal activities.

Proposals generated with artificial intelligence are a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any proposal before sending it to a potential client. We do not guarantee that a generated proposal will result in an awarded project.

We make a reasonable effort to keep yessjob available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The third-party platforms we monitor may change their structure at any time, which may temporarily affect the detection of new projects.

yessjob is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost income, lost opportunities, or other indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If the change is significant, we will communicate it by email or within the panel before it takes effect.
